Sparkelize is here to please!!! We will make your custom order to your specifications. Colors may vary slightly from computer screen to your actually article of clothing or accessory-so remember that when ordering your paint/crystal colors. (They are all so beautiful it may be hard to choose!) If you receive an item different than you ordered, ie.: Someone elses name/phrase/design kindly return it and we will ship you your super sassy deliciously sexy Sparkelize item immediately. Some shadow paints are apt to fade upon washing. Please follow enclosed laundry care directions.

All art work and hand embellishments are guaranteed for 45 days from purchase date. That means: We will replace any crystals that may fall off-all by themself-just send the shirt back to us with a self addressed postage paid envelope to guarantee a quick and speedy return. Our shirts are 100% American made. We use only the best, most colorful paints and glitters. We only use Swarovski crystals-no cheap glass imitations- which are hand applied one by one with much TLC and enjoyment knowing how special the shirt is and how sexylicious you'll be looking while wearing it! Watch out! Better hire a bodyguard!

Payment Options

Sparkelize accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to NY residents.

All orders (including custom orders) are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on your part.

Returns & Exchanges

We will not honor exchanges on any custom order item-period. Any mishandled or bleached out clothing items or clothing items that were not handled or washed/dried properly. Any items/accessories that have been mishandled, dropped or misused. So if you drop your cell phone or ipod or your dog bites them and crystals come off that is not the responsibility of Sparkelize, Inc.!!!!!

For all approved exchanges- once your package is received using a trackable mail system we will promptly exchange as per your request. Exchanges must not be worn or used and must be returned within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect shirt size, style or color.

FYI- Sparkelize digitally photographs all items whether customized or stock item before it is shipped out to guarantee top-notch service to our customers. So we know how we send your Sparkelize item to you for quality and satisfaction purposes.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be honored if the order has not been started. Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours after order was placed. If order is cancelled after 12 hours and has not been shipped out then a 25% processing and setup fee will be deducted from the order amount.

Any rush orders that are cancelled within 12 hours will not be credited back the 25% processing fee or the rush order fee.

Custom Orders

Call ahead and let us know if you are sending in your garage door opener, your ipod, your cell phone or whatever you have that you want us to Bling the heck out of!!! We will direct you with the best packaging and shipping method for the safety of your personal item. Once we receive it we will customize and return your item to you in the safest way possible. Sparkelize digitally photographs all items shipped out for quality and satisfaction issues.

All orders are processed in the order that they are received. First come, first serve, Baby!!! The waiting period is determined by the workload/orders we have pending. Rush ordering is available and guaranteed to be shipped out in 2 weeks from your order date. If you need special customizations or need an item by a certain, special day-Call Us!! We love hearing from our loyal, super sassy, deliciously sexy customers!!! We want to let you know if you can get your special order ASAP or not!

Under normal circumstances we can ship your order in about 10-12 days. We try! Sometimes even sooner, it depends on the item. Just remember that every garment and item is made by hand one at a time, crystal by crystal , letter by letter, etc. We hand cut all our stencils free of charge! No one else does that!
